I think it is when person is sincere , and use own emotions , don't copy another people.
All off us are unique.Everyone is beautiful. We have our own habits and features. We should not meet someone's expectations , we can be in such mood, that came to us . speak and do , what goes from our soul.
Virginia Woolf said : " No need to be hurry. No need to be sparkle. No need to be someone, but yourself". She was right, because now everyone wants to be first in something, but no one notices their errors and false emotions.These people don't get pleasure from life, and it is very bad.
God give us only one life , and he create us unique and differeent. Someone is very pretty, someone is very clever , someone can sing amazing , someone can create something own hands , someone can invent useful things, We all have a gift , but we must disclose it.
I think, that everyone is hansome,endowed and exceptional. We shouldn't be someones copy.
